“Donna Caissie is a top-notch individual that I’ve worked with, have recommended for employment at other places I’ve been employed at, and also had the pleasure of working for as an independent consultant from time to time.

There is none finer, nor harder working than Donna. My experience working with Donna is that she’s very resourceful, provides accurate and valuable information, if she doesn’t know something she will research and learn what may have her stumped in order to fulfill a need with knowledge and accuracy.

I’ve worked with Donna in the days when she was a secretary right on up to being an Office Manager working for doctors involved in research, preparing documentation for medical Clinical Trials to be submitted to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for approval and managing patient information with the highest of confidentiality.

Donna worked as the Office Manager for a doctor, assisted with setting up a full office and conference rooms, screening resumes, interviewing and hiring of staff, ordering and placement of furniture, phones, office equipment, medical research equipment, etc. from scratch. What she didn’t know – she quickly asked the right questions in order to learn and add value to this doctor and his research, often making recommendations. She’s managed Board of Director meetings, scheduling them, preparing documentation for the meeting, made arrangements for out of town guests, and has excellent follow-up.

Donna’s strengths are her tenacity, computer skills, administrative and communication skills, her resourcefulness, being a forward thinker (knowing what someone wants before “they” know what they want), gets the job done and always with excellence. Although not her favorite thing to do, Donna has done a remarkable job at collections and brought back into the company sizeable amounts of money that otherwise would not have been paid, and she managed to do this in a very professional and non-threatening manner. Donna manages her time well, is capable of working on everyday tasks, but excels at project work. I’d say this is probably her best strength.

Although we all have weaknesses, I personally have not observed any in Donna’s career over the years. She’s one of the finest and anyone hiring her will not be disappointed.
